3. New Product Launch Success
Launching a new version of a core product was key to Elgin’s growth plan. We executed a high-impact strategy, achieving 700+ units sold and $40,000 in revenue—all in the first month.
To make this launch successful, we:

- Applied a price walk-up strategy to gain momentum without devaluing the product.
- Drove external traffic via email, tracked with Amazon Attribution tags.
